(Al-Najaf: Al-Furat News) The leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, announced on Saturday, the two points of the alliance of the blocs of Sason and victory, headed by Prime Minister Haider Abadi.
In a joint press conference with the Prime Minister, Muqtada al-Sadr said that the main points of the alliance are "calling for a trans-sectarian and ethnic alliance that includes all the components of the Iraqi people."
He stressed on "continuing to fight corruption and remove corrupt people from the positions of the state and the government and to bring those who prove the files of corruption to the Iraqi judiciary, as well as the formation of a government of technocrats of competencies away from narrow quotas."
He pointed to the need to "support and strengthen the army, police and security forces and arms inventory by the state, and the development of a reform program to support the Iraqi economy in all sectors."
Moqtada al-Sadr stressed the importance of "maintaining a balanced relationship with all countries to achieve the interests of Iraq and its sovereignty and independence," stressing "supporting the reform of the Iraqi justice system and activating the role of the prosecution, as well as maintaining the unity of Iraq land and people,
Sources have previously reported to the {Euphrates News}, that the Prime Minister Haider Abadi and the leader of the Sadrist movement announced the alliance of their blocs (victory and rest).
