The General Company for Exhibitions and Commercial Services of Iraq, invited the State of France to participate in the 45th session of the Baghdad International Fair on 10 November.
In a statement issued by the Iraqi Ministry of Commerce, Hashim Hatem said on Monday that it was necessary to return the French pavilion to participate in the Baghdad International Fair after a break of five years.
Hashim Hatem pointed out that the French companies, during their participation in the previous sessions of the exhibition, were seeking to find common ground to introduce their products and capabilities and to benefit from them in the field of investment.
The Baghdad International Fair is witnessing the arrival of a number of ambassadors, businessmen and corporate managers in preparation for the 45th session of the exhibition, which will start on 10 November and last for 10 days.
It is noteworthy that the General Company for Exhibitions opened on Sunday the door of electronic stone to participate in the 45th session of the Baghdad International Fair.
The activities of the 44th session of the Baghdad International Fair began on 21 October last year, with the participation of more than 600 companies belonging to 18 Arab and foreign countries.
France gave Iraq a loan of 430 million euros in August last year, against the backdrop of the impact of the Iraqi economy on the war on the organization of "Daash" and low oil prices.
