In a new event, activists on social networking sites have taken pictures of the paintings that invaded streets in the federal capital Baghdad where there is a clear "abuse" to the United States and its current president, Donald Trump.
America is the main ally of Iraq. In 2003, it overthrew the Baathist regime and the rule of Saddam Hussein, as well as helping the armed groups, from militias to al-Qaeda, to the organization of Hadash, which swept through regions and cities in mid-2014, estimated at two-thirds of the country.
In an unprecedented event, billboards dotted the streets of some parts of the capital, which houses the federal government, and the headquarters and buildings of the ministry's service and security images containing words that are familiar to many people, the phrase "Death to America."
In addition to those words, the paintings contained caricatures of President Trump calling for caution, and the "criminal" and other "abuses".
Iraqi activists and bloggers commented on the websites that those behind the spread were armed Shi'ite factions loyal to Iran, who said the phrase was adopted by the regime in Tehran.
Shiite parties and political parties, most of which have armed groups, dominate the central and southern scene and Iraq, adopting visions and ideas of the Islamic jurisprudence system in Iran, which uses the term "death to America" as its slogan.
