Minister of Industry and Minerals outgoing Mohamed Shi'a al-Sudani, Iraq needs to develop and build capacity and take important and real decisions to move to a new stage.[/rtl]
[rtl]"Al-Sudani met with representatives of Al-Qawasmi Jordanian Company and discussed with them the possibility of cooperation in the field of advisory and financial services," a ministry statement said.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The ministry is seeking to restructure its public companies as part of the process of economic reform, and as a first step, 10 of these companies have started to reorganize and move to the implementation stage," he said.[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out that "this experience is very important in terms of organizing legal and economic matters and the achievement of profits, in addition to the standardization of personnel data and keep pace with global technological development."[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Sudani continued to coordinate between the Investment Department and the Policies Section for the purpose of reaching positive results that serve the work of the Ministry's companies.[/rtl]
[rtl]Representatives of Al-Qawasmi reviewed the company's experience in restructuring, financial and advisory services.[/rtl]
