[rtl]The World Trade Organization (WTO) has backed Russia on key issues of the dispute with the European Union over the third energy package, the Russian Industrial Development Ministry said Friday.[/rtl]
[rtl]Moscow - Sputnik . "The result of Russian actions on key issues in terms of economic and operational activities of Russian suppliers in the EU is positive," the statement said.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The arbitration group has acknowledged the illegality of the restrictions on the supply of Russian gas through the Ural gas pipeline, including reducing the use of the pipeline to 50 percent of its power, as well as the requirement to sell a certain quantity of gas in the open market." [/rtl]
