The Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Massoud Barzani, on Wednesday, the continuation of dialogues with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan on the post of second deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, noting that the post may go to the Kurdistan Union in exchange for the presidency.
"The position of the second deputy speaker of the House of Representatives is still subject to dialogues with the Kurdistan Union," said the leader of the party, Majid Shankali, in a statement to the "Information" that "the position may go to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in exchange for the presidency, because the party can not combine Two positions. "
"Shankali added that" the issue of the presidency of the Republic has not been resolved so far, "pointing out that" the Kurds will come with one candidate for the presidency of the Republic to Baghdad on October 2 next. "
