(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Deputy for the coalition of victory, Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, called for the restructuring of the administrative system of the state.
"We expect Abdul Mahdi to take serious steps in the process of change and appointment and to build a good administrative system in which we can return the structure and vote on it in the parliament so that any minister comes to the ministry can not change or manipulate that structure," Taha al-Dodi told AFP.
"If the proxy operations are followed, we will have to submit to the process of political quotas on the basis of parties and components," he said, adding that "the prime minister announced in his government program to take steps to study the restructuring of the state and consider ending this file."
"It is difficult to implement these steps because they need time and political will," he said, noting that "some changes will occur, but they will not be 100%."
