It was also suggested to delete allocations in the budget within the framework of investment projects in the budget of 2019, with the exception of funds for the reconstruction of liberated areas, the project of housing protection and allocations of ministries of health and environment, education, reconstruction, housing, water resources, oil and electricity.
In his proposal to increase allocations for the development of the regions and the Ministry of Transport, he called for the total number of investment projects to be more than 25 trillion dinars.
