    revealed Oil Minister Thamer Ghadban , Sunday, for the selection of a "joint consultant" to study the border areas of oil between Iraq and Kuwait . 

    "Kuwait and Iraq have chosen an adviser to study oil areas on the border between the two countries," Iraqi Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban was quoted as saying on the sidelines of a meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) in Kuwait.

    Iraq has many oil fields shared with Kuwait and Iran, some of which are invested while others have not been invested so far.

    Kuwait and Iraq have chosen a consultant to study the oil areas on the border between the two countries, and the production policy will be determined based on the study, Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban announced on Sunday.
    Speaking at a meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) in Kuwait, Al-Ghadhban said he expected "oil prices" to improve at the beginning of next year as implementation of OPEC's cut production decision and independent producers began earlier this month. 
    "There is no longer a big store in the market, so we are optimistic that this rapid decline will stop."

    Iraq and Iraq have chosen a consultant to study the oil areas on the border between the two countries, Iraqi Oil Minister Thamer al-Ghadhban said on Sunday.

    Ghadhban made the remarks at a meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) in Kuwait.

    Ghadban said production policy will be determined based on the study.
