"It is time for the Iraqi citizen to enjoy the most basic rights, namely decent health services, especially after the serious damage to the infrastructure of the health sector, as well as the great health of the availability of medicines, where the proportion of full processing of health institutions in 2018, 12% of essential medicines As well as the dangers of environmental pollution of various kinds to which Iraq is exposed and the utmost importance to fund effective national programs to monitor these challenges and address them. "

Alwan called on the House of Representatives to "respond to the needs stated by the ministry in its letter to the Finance Committee last week," adding that "the Iraqi citizen will not see what is required of the qualitative development of his health and environment unless the Iraqi decision makers to give the health sector and environmental priority.
