    BAGHDAD - 
    The governor of Baghdad, Falah al-Jazairi, announced Wednesday the formation of a nation-wide service cell to follow up on stalled, ongoing and new projects. 
    "The meeting discussed the clarification of the Federal Budget Law on the distribution of the plan for the development of the regions and the density of the population of the districts and districts," said the Algerian, during his chairing a meeting that included the heads of administrative units, districts and districts and departments of service departments in the province, As well as the proportion of the amounts of ongoing projects of the province and the proportions of population density.
