    Sunday, 17 February 2013 15: 37

    {Baghdad:
Euphrates news} sign legal expert is confident al-Hashimi into the
country in crisis as a result of new legal accountability and Justice
dismissed by the Prime Minister, stating that "the Constitution allows
the Prime Minister to dismiss whom he has power to reject Parliament."

    He
said al-Hashimi's {forat News} said on Sunday that "there are legal
forms on this subject because of independent bodies shall be elected and
vote is the last Council holding it accountable to Parliament, but the
Prime Minister could in the period prior to discharge, as happened with
the communications and Media Commission, the accountability and Justice
Commission earlier when he was appointed by the Minister for human
    rights agency".

"We will be in front of a new crisis as Prime
Minister believes he can sack the heads of autonomous bodies and
Parliament thought it related, and there is no neutral party can end
    this crisis."

He noted that "each party interprets the
Constitution in a different way and on a whim and himself", adding that
"there is a clause in the Constitution allows the Prime Minister to
dismiss whom he at the same time, the Parliament has the power to reject
    the impeachment."

Deputies said that Prime Minister Nouri
al-Maliki on Tuesday fired the head of the accountability and Justice
Commission to eliminate Federal Court Chief Midhat al-Mahmoud, which
raises questions about it should the Prime Minister dismisses heads of
independent bodies after the arrival of their names to the House for a
    vote. Ended 2
