Economic Commission calling for an end to Iraq's foreign debt profile to support the Iraqi economy

Counting a member of the Economic Commission Salman al-Moussawi, a project file termination Iraq's foreign debt is a positive step for the development of the Iraqi economy.
Moussawi said that the meetings and discussions of international repeated with Iraq to end the file of external debt step to encourage foreign companies to invest and bring in foreign capital to Iraq, stressing, that it will lead to the strengthening of Iraqi banks dealings with foreign counterparts. The Ministry of Finance has discussed with the International Monetary Fund debt settlement, noted that Iraq's foreign debt amounted to 39 billion dollars and is classified to four categories Paris Club debt, and the debt of countries outside the Paris Club, and the debt of the Gulf states, and trade creditors.
