BAGHDAD - The
Committee to monitor the implementation of the government program and strategic planning, on Thursday, that the completion rates in the government program of Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi is poor compared to the broad objectives, calling for reconsideration of the government program and take a number of deterrent measures against the reluctant parties in the completion of projects.

Al-Khuzaie pointed out, "the negative impact of the weak political performance, especially with regard to the Center's relationship with the region on the implementation of the government program due to a shortage of government revenues resulting from the failure of the region in the delivery of oil to SOMO despite receiving its share of the budget, in addition to the absence of deterrent penalties for ministries and backward On the completion of projects on time, which hindered the implementation of the program themes in a timely manner.
