Shirwan Mirza, a member of parliament, on Sunday, revealed a parliamentary-government approach to reduce the retirement age to be 45 instead of 60 years.
"Reducing the retirement age is a positive step to allow graduates and graduates who are unemployed and take their role in the service of the state institutions in order to reduce unemployment," Mirza said.
He pointed out that "this endeavor also needs deliberate plans for implementation, although it will affect the expenditure at the long-term in addition to its impact on the length of service of the employee in the state institutions and also affect the pension fund."

The member of the Finance Committee prefers to have two pensions: compulsory or optional, if the employee reaches the age of sixty years is referred to retirement compulsory, but optional is limited to 45 to 50 years, provided that the employee has a service of not less than 25 years.
