    Baghdad/ Hussein Thaghb - Shukran Al-Fatlawi

Specialists unanimously agreed on the imperative to benefit from Iraq's human wealth and to invest it in a way that would achieve the highest benefit to the national economy, through the formation of training centers with international capabilities that contribute to the rehabilitation of young people in various disciplines and enable them to achieve the advanced technology witnessed in the international arena.
"Human development is the cornerstone of the development process that any country in the world seeks," said Dr. Ikram Abdul Aziz, a member of the Baghdad Economic Forum. Iraq is rich in these potentials, which can be used in a direction that achieves the highest degree of economic feasibility, especially when there is a harmony between human wealth and natural resources, where expertise is effectively contributing to the investment of natural resources in a way that enumerates financial resources and moves the economy to a better stage."
"The best training methods that have been witnessed by specialized centers around the world, as well as the international experience in this field, can be used to serve the country," she said, adding that Iraq has a huge human wealth.
Iraq is reported to be the top arab leader, ranking 26th in the world, which facilitates training tasks and makes it a real contribution to the country's economic development process.

    Strategic plans.
"Focusing on the rehabilitation of human resources is an imperative at this time, especially since the country's need for large projects is significant, which requires the adoption of strategic plans aimed at improving human wealth, which is the cornerstone of the sustainable economic development that Iraq aspires to in the coming period, through which the shape of the national economy will be changed," said Haidar Kazem al-Baghdadi, an economist.
"It is important to develop training and qualification centers with global components aimed at empowering young people with disciplines that suit their inclinations, and they must be able to create expertise that is capable of cutting-edge technology that has been witnessed in all fields of work in major economies around the world," he said.

    First appointment
Al-Baghdadi pointed out that "the new centers must provide attractions for young people to join their specialized courses, as they can provide salaries during the training period, and the first ones will be assigned to the relevant institutions, and in any case the results will be positive, and serve the national economy."
"The national labour market needs expertise in all disciplines, and here it is preferable to rely on trained local human resources capable of qualitative performance, and this trend saves large sums of money for the national economy that was allocated to the recruitment of resources from outside the country," he said.

    International experiences
"It is important to adopt international expertise in the management of training centers that have been voted upon to form them, so that the outputs are ready to adopt their responsibilities in the coming periods, especially since Iraq has been ranked as being at the top of the pyramid with intelligence for the Arab peoples, and this enables the country to overcome the challenges of making international expertise," said Majid Mozan, president of the Basra Chamber of Commerce.
"Countries are promoting skilled human resources and are an important resource for the multiplicity of resources invested in the country and abroad, and because Iraq is described as a young society, it is necessary to develop strategies commensurate with the weight of the human wealth it possesses," he said.
"It is possible to benefit from training centers in most provinces of the country and work to develop them and rehabilitate them in a way that suits the country's needs," he said.
