    President of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, said on Tuesday that Iraq is still paying the price and repercussions of not respecting the constitution and circumventing the right of the winning Iraqi List in the 2010 elections.
    Allawi said in a tweet to him on "Twitter": "Iraq is still paying the price and repercussions of not respecting the constitution and circumventing the right of the winning Iraqi List in the 2010 elections."
     He added, "Time does not wait for the interest of Iraq and its people in danger, and this is more important than paying attention to narrow regional interests or preoccupation with those who are the largest and smallest," stressing that "wisdom, dream and experience are required now."
