Awash said to "The Information", that "reducing the retirement age, according to government statistics, will provide more than 200,000 job degrees, and therefore five years will ensure fundamental changes in the joints of government jobs that will be entered by a million new employees."
He added that "the unemployment rate, which reached 22% in 2018 and rose to a higher rate in 2019, may reach, after five years, 10% in the case of operating the stalled factories and finding new production outlets."
He stressed that "the Chinese agreement will be a great gateway to end unemployment if the executive authority obliges Chinese companies to make 70% of their workers Iraqi."
Awash stressed the need to "activate the private sector and its participation in the projects of the Chinese agreement to attract the largest possible number of unemployed and specialists who did not find employment opportunities in the government sector." 25 n ended
