Deputy: Parliament failed to find a legal formula for receiving the budget bill from the government

Asad al-Murshidi, the deputy for the "Al-Hikma" movement, asserted that the parliament had not succeeded in finding a legal formula that would allow the caretaker government to send the federal budget bill to it.
Al-Murshidi said in a press statement: “The government of the resigned Prime Minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, has completed the federal budget bill for 2020, but it has not sent it as it has been diverted to conduct daily business.” Noting: “The House of Representatives tried to find a legal formula to receive the budget, but it did not succeed. in that ".
He added: "The political blocs are moving at the moment to resolve the position of prime minister for the purpose of ridding the country of the current crisis and creating an authentic government with full powers."
