    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Federal Supreme Court issued statements containing procedures for filing the lawsuit before it, stressing that this comes within the efforts to spread constitutional and legal culture.
    [size=15][rtl][size=21]"The Supreme Federal Court released statements to establish a constitutional lawsuit before it on its website ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) and within the portal (of the court)," court spokesman Iyas al-Samuk said in a statement, which was received by the Al-Furat News Agency .[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Samuk added, "The data titled (Procedures for filing cases) clarifies the mechanisms for filing a constitutional lawsuit, starting from registering it through the process of notifications until the handing over of the ruling issued by the Federal Supreme Court."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that "the publication of these measures comes within the efforts of the Federal Supreme Court in spreading the constitutional and legal culture and to enable all to exercise their rights stipulated in the constitution regardless of their location, and to view the work of the court directly and through the electronic window." is over[/rtl]
