Despite the parliament’s decision, Washington plans to establish three new bases in Iraq

A news website revealed the intention of the United States of America to increase its military presence in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] through three new military bases, despite calls from the Iraqi government to withdraw American forces from the country.
"The locations of the new bases will be in Arbil, Sulaimaniya and Halabja, in northern [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] near the border with Iran," the Latin American website (France Latina) said in a report on the subject .
He added: "Despite the decision of the Iraqi parliament to remove the American forces, the White House still refuses to withdraw and states that any delegation sent to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] at this time will be dedicated to discussing the best ways to re-commit to the strategic partnership, not to discuss the withdrawal of the forces."
