the media office of former Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari denied, on Tuesday, the statement attributed to Baqir Jabr al-Zubaidi that al-Jaafari, during his tenure as Prime Minister in the transitional government, refused to launch a military operation against al-Qaeda after conducting the intimidation in his glory.
