The Ministry of Planning decided to grant all contracts concluded an open suspension period for this period.
Minister of Planning Nouri Al-Dulaimi said, “Based on the decisions of the Crisis Cell and the curfew imposed due to the Corona virus, considering the circumstance that the country has gone through as a force majeure and in line with the instructions for implementing government contracts No. 2 of 2014 and the first and second paragraphs of controls No. 6 attached to these instructions, it was decided to grant All contracts concluded for an open period of time for this period.
He added, "The development of solutions and remedies for these projects will be considered according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Planning for this purpose."
