Trump: We ran two million different drug tests to counter corona

US President Donald Trump has announced two million tests for various drugs to tackle the coronavirus.
"So far, we've conducted two million tests for different drugs to counter corona," Trump said at a news conference, adding, "We'll have an abundance of respirators and medical equipment soon."
"We are now witnessing the peak of corona spread in the United States," he said, adding that "our test ing system is the best in the world in detecting corona."
"There are large numbers of deaths in the United States, but they are below expectations," he said, adding that "19 drugs have been tested for coronaand 6 others are under clinical trial."

US President Donald Trump has announced two million tests for various drugs to tackle the coronavirus.
