    The head of the committee, Raad Al-Dahlaki, said in a press interview, that "the government's plan to organize and strengthen the ration card is a positive step towards achieving food security for citizens who have no income or whose income is limited," indicating that "the plan requires that the ration be withheld from some segments of society and identified by name and size of income." Al-Shehri, which is within the principle of social justice. "
    He emphasized that "achieving social justice in smoothly securing the society's food needs must be based on a sober economic vision prepared by economists, and not on the method of action and reaction according to the economic situation or according to a political vision and motivated by gains reaped by merchants."

    Al-Dahlaki pointed out that "increasing the ration card items and increasing the percentage of inclusion in social care goes to the deserving class of the Iraqi people," explaining that "one of the most important steps that help secure these paragraphs and food security is the approval of the Social Security Law that includes important segments." Of the Iraqi people and the unemployed, and its approval is a qualitative leap for the private sector. "
