The Directorate of Al-Samawah Municipality, the center of Al-Muthanna Governorate, revealed, on Saturday, that it has prepared an investment plan of 20 projects in the city, as well as the implementation of other projects funded from its own imports.
Samawah Municipality Director Ihssan Saudi said, in a press statement, that "these projects included the 36 districts, competencies, political prisoners, al-Hakam, Sayyid Jabbar, al-Askari neighborhood and 270 homes."
"The investment plan projects are being implemented by contracting companies, while the municipality projects are implemented by direct supervision," Saudi said.
He added that "his directorate is awaiting approval of these projects by the Ministry of Planning to start the referral and implementation work."
