The Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, announced the lack of services on the outskirts of Baghdad due to the population density in those areas, in which he said that some of them had reached 600,000 people.

Al-Atta confirmed to the "Three" program that 30% of the capital's allocations in the 2021 budget have been transferred to the Baghdad Municipality, which will also be reflected in the level of service provision.
