The People with Disabilities Authority announced today, Thursday, that the salaries of the second meal accumulated to the full-time employee beneficiaries will be disbursed soon, while indicating that it will continue with the procedures for changing the appointee at the request of the disabled.
A statement by the Ministry of Labor stated that "the head of the Commission for the Care of People with Disabilities and Special Needs in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Issam Abdul Latif Muhammad Al-Tamimi received a group of civil activists interested in the affairs of people with disabilities representing a number of governorates."
He added, "During the meeting, the mechanism for disbursing the accumulated salaries for the beneficiaries of the salary of the full-time employee to the recipients of the years (2016, 2017, 2018) and the change of the appointee was discussed," he added.
He added that "the commission is committed to disbursing all rights according to a mechanism prepared for the disbursement of the accumulated," noting that "the first meal has been disbursed and soon the second dose will be disbursed from the accumulator."
He stressed that "the commission continues with the procedures for changing the appointee at the request of the handicapped, reinforced by the change," noting that "there is a proposal that will be submitted to the minister to distribute the seven seats allocated to people with disabilities among the governorates, provided that seven others are in reserve."
Al-Tamimi stressed the "follow-up of the Commission’s book addressed to the Ministry of Higher Education to exempt persons with disabilities from academic fees from private universities."
