    He added, "Siemens has proceeded with the implementation of the first phase of its commitments, as it has installed cooling systems in production plants and is working on them now, in addition to rehabilitating a number of stations that are nearing completion," stressing that "working with General Electric Company ) included the establishment of 46 transformational stations, and these stations were completed and started work."
