He also formally addressed the government to support the oil-exporting and oil-producing provincial funds and to stop the appeal procedures submitted by the government to the Federal Court on the matter, stressing: “The House of Representatives will defend, through legal means, its right to legislate the oil-exporting, producing and refining provincial funds,” rejecting any challenge to it as it would enable the province.
