{Political: Al Furat News} Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein arrived a short while ago in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on an official visit.
An informed source told Middle East News that Hussein is carrying a message with him to Iranian officials.
Yesterday, in a question about Iran's invitation to a regional conference in Baghdad, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh revealed that the Iraqi foreign minister will visit Tehran and we are not rushing about the content of the message he is carrying, stressing that Tehran will decide according to the content of the message it receives.
He stressed that Iran supports dialogue in the region and has previously sought to conduct a dialogue on the course of events in the region, and Iraq can also play this role.
Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein had met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, carrying with him a message from Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, including his invitation to attend the Iraqi Neighboring Countries Conference scheduled to be held in the capital, Baghdad, at the end of this month.
