Iraq may be close to a local outbreak of the electronic warfare, having revealed information about the numerous attacks targeting cities and communities and families. Considered companies working in the field of electronic security, electronic war that began against the backdrop of the armed conflict in Iraq, and in addition to the use of social media to attract supporters, some factions began to use pirates dissidents to gather information.

The work of these pirates to modify the famous assault programs in an attempt to sabotage the routers "routers" and other systems within Iraq.

On a larger scale, the thieves took advantage of Aketrun conflict with the aim of deceiving people and attract them to open booby-trapped messages via computer viruses.

Says Andrew Komarov, CEO of "Intel Kroller" for information security, that "the main parties are local groups inside Iraq used malicious software to obtain information from each other."

He added: "It is very hard to make sure the person responsible for the management of these malicious programs, but it is very clear they are used inside and outside Iraq, not against foreign countries, which may explain the beginning of the local electronic warfare."

In addition, once an appliance with the virus, the attackers immediately starts stealing files or use a camera or a computer microphone to monitor what happens in a place near them.

Komarov explained that these attacks are different from its predecessor as it is targeted at cities and communities and even families specific, pointing out that all the attacks are highly selective and greatly affect the local warring parties.

The attackers are trying to target potential victims of attacks using electronic social networking sites, according to Komarov, but they are also examining the Internet into Iraq in search of routers "routers" that can sabotage using their own tools.

The majority of these attacks are concentrated in four main cities of Baghdad, Basra, Mosul and Erbil.

For its part, according to Kaspersky Labs for Internet security that the conflict in Iraq, Syria and other countries in the Middle East resulted in the launch of a whole series of attacks targeting people across the region.

The senior researcher in e-security, Mohammed Amin Hspina to "that many of the attacks caught by the continuation of the conflict, but it is not clear whether they are all politically motivated."
