A member of the Democratic Party, Majid Shankali, said in an exclusive interview that the exit of foreign forces came based on a strategic agreement with Baghdad, and that the next government will determine the path for the advisors to stay or exit.
He added, "The Iraqi forces need these trainers and advisors, especially in the field of air power and air defense, because they are still declining and not at the level of ambition."
