Al-Rikabi said in an interview with "Mawazine News" that "until this moment, no dialogue has taken place regarding Nuri al-Maliki's assumption of the position of Vice President of the Republic and al-Amiri as Deputy Prime Minister."
He pointed out that "it is not known until now and there is no real leakage of the content of the political initiative brought by the delegation by Massoud Barzani to Al-Hanana."
