The Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce announced, today, Tuesday, that Abdul Razzaq Al-Zuhairi won the position of president in its elections.
A statement by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that, "Today, elections for the administrative body of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce were held, numbered 1/13, which was held at the Federation of Chambers of Commerce hall in Erbil to elect the President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce and the first and second deputy of the Federation. ".
The statement added that "the president of the Nasiriyah Chamber of Commerce, Abdul Razzaq Al-Zuhairi, and the head of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, Firas Al-Hamdani, were nominated for the position of president," noting that "Abdul-Razzaq Al-Zuhairi won by secret ballot the position of president and the position of first deputy head of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce Dar Jalil Al-Khayyat, and the position of deputy." The second winner was the head of the Basra Chamber of Commerce, Falah al-Baydani.
