    European stock markets, and the Russian stock market, fell during trading, on Tuesday, in light of investors' fears of the repercussions of the Ukrainian crisis.
    On the Moscow Stock Exchange, the index of shares denominated in rubles MICE fell by 6% to 2851.4 points, while the index of shares denominated in dollars RTS fell by 7.09% to 1,123.7 points.
    In the European markets, the British FTSE 100 index fell by 0.63% to 7437.38 points, while the French CAC40 index fell by 1% to 6720.67 points.
    The German DAX index also fell by 1.61% to 14,493.41 points, according to Bloomberg Agency data.
    On Monday evening, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed two decrees recognizing the independence of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics from Ukraine.
