Government vows to Kurds to pay 1.5 billion touch thiqaat at oil company

The
Federal Oil Ministry undertook to pay a portion of dues for oil
companies operating in Kurdistan in an attempt to break the impasse
hindering the adoption of the budget, but the atmosphere of pessimism
prevailed in the halls of Parliament the possibility of approval soon.
And
decision of the House of MP Mohamed Khaldi on the new proposal
submitted by the oil Minister Karim alaibi to pay part of the
receivables, pledged to pay 1.5 billion to the oil companies, the
proceeds of the oil Ministry, indicating that this proposal has received
a positive feedback between the leaders of the blocs.
Khalidi
said in a statement to "range" today that Deputy Prime Minister and
Ministers of the Alliance during their meeting Thursday they have
reservations on some sections designated by the Government, noting that
the inclusion of a contentious budget year is intentional by the
Government, adding that most of the blocs in Parliament are located
inside the cab.
Khalidi has ruled out the adoption of the budget
in the absence of political consensus, noting that the meeting of
leaders of blocs, the Ministers concerned yesterday reached a tentative
agreement to pay oil companies to Kurdistan, the years audited by the
Office of financial supervision.
The billion and a half-billion
dollars has been allocated by the Federal Government's oil Minister be
paid from the budget of the Ministry of oil upon proposal by the
Minister, and met with positive reactions from the Baghdad Government
and the Government of Arbil.
Khalidi said the meeting
parliamentary blocs advocated by Parliament Speaker Osama Al-nujaifi was
attended by Deputy Prime Minister Roz Nuri shawis as well as Minister
of planning and finance agency El shukrijumah and the President of the
Office of financial supervision Abdel Basset Turki Al-Hadithi, as well
as natural resources Minister in the Kurdistan Regional Government

He said that the meeting failed to reach an
agreement between representatives of the Federal Government and the
Kurdistan Regional Government on benefits oil companies operating in the

The
Kurdistan Alliance leader, said Khalid shawani "decisions of the Office

Shawani

entered the Office of financial supervision on the crisis line, wishing
that the Baghdad Government is to be determined by the Office of
financial supervision.
Liberal Parliamentary Bloc said that the
budget has become a "political par excellence", and accused some blocks
trying to obtain material gain of the governorates, with the speaker's
meeting with the heads of the blocks in the presence of the Kurdish
Minister of natural resources was the result of a sit-in Monday in front
of Sadr's green zone.
He said the bloc Bahaa Al-araji, told a
news conference with several members of the bloc to the Parliament
building and was attended by "range" to "general budget for this year
has become a privileged political rather than professional", accusing
"some political blocs trying to obtain material gain for the region or
for their provinces.
Al-araji said that "there are political
parties do not want the general budget law to see the light in order to
blame the Government," sadrist, sit-in Tuesday, in front of the green

finalize the general budget law. "
The President drew attention
