The head of the bloc, Arshad al-Salihi, said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that for months, Kirkuk has been witnessing a stifling crisis in the supply of fuel after the rise in global oil prices, due to the governorate’s estrangement with the region, in which the price of gasoline fuel reached more than 1,300 dinars per liter, while, in While Kirkuk has received a share of fuel since 2014 and until today, 1,350,000 liters in a governorate with a population of more than 1,700,000 people and witnessing the movement of vehicles coming from the region and cities of Iraq, and from specific governorates, employees and federal security forces, which formed great pressure and resentment until the fuel supply Al-Mohsen was deducted from the governorate’s share at the rate of 350 thousand liters per day, and all of these measures, while depriving and punishing the governorate from its support with gas-oil fuel to operate the private generators, to compensate for the ministry’s failure to comply with the governorate’s share of electricity, which increased the cut-off hours to more than 16 hours per day, and the electricity amp’s price reached 15 thousand dinars in The richest cities in Iraq and the secondIts cities support the federal budget and the national economy, in addition to the suffering of the citizen in Kirkuk as a result of high prices as a result of the failure to apply a unified customs tariff and the absence of an applied agreement between Baghdad and the region, which harmed the citizen and Kirkuk merchants in light of global crises and high costs and fuel prices.

Al-Salihi continued, "Because we are elected representatives and we live among our people, we bear for the last time the cry of all the citizens of Kirkuk, with their components, administration and their poor, that the people of Kirkuk's patience is running out and their anger is very great due to the neglect and dereliction of the federal government and the ministries of oil and electricity and the continued theft of its oil in several ways without accountability, and with the signed documents. By the Intelligence, National Security, Environment and the Resumption of Kirkuk.
Al-Salihi pointed out, "We direct our demand, which bears the concerns of Kirkuk, to increase the quota of gasoline to two million liters per day, to operate the stations around the clock, and to secure a quota of 50 liters of subsidized kerosene for generator owners to ensure the reduction of the ampere price, and to give exceptions to Kirkuk merchants in transporting goods with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan."
Al-Salihi said, that the citizens of Kirkuk, who lie on a sea of black oil in the richest cities in the world, cannot remain silent and see the wealth of their country transferred through tanks to refineries, private companies and thefts, while they flock to queues for long hours that increased their sadness and government neglect of them, along with Failure, silence, and indifference to the demands of the citizens of Kirkuk, and let everyone know, especially the distinguished Council of Ministers and all political leaders, that Kirkuk today, with its people, components and security forces, is safer and more coexistent, but its people are punished because they are the most anxious for the security, safety and unity of Iraq.
Al-Salihi concluded, "It is the call of our people for the last time, and they have the right to launch demonstrations. They can stop the export of oil, but they do not want to destabilize the security and economy in the country more than the one who faces serious security challenges in Iraq and its neighborhood. This popular demand will not stand against them, in light of the continued punishment of the components of disgraced Kirkuk. Ended 29/R77
