    The deputy of the coordination framework, Rafiq Al-Salihi, confirmed, on Saturday, that the framework forces will not allow the acquisition of executive positions and parliamentary committees at the same time, indicating that the political forces will have intensive dialogues with the parliament presidency during the coming days to resolve the committees.

Al-Salihi said in a statement to “The Information” that “the issue of distributing the presidency and members of parliamentary committees is one of the most important fundamental issues in the political process because it is the guide and watchdog for the work of the government, so an accurate mechanism must be established. Assigning the presidency of each parliamentary committee and defining the members according to the criteria and foundations that were agreed upon according to justice, merit, experience and efficiency in distributing the committees.
    He added that "acquiring the presidency of committees and government positions for any political force means more corruption and devastation," noting that "we will not allow political forces within the coordination framework to seize executive positions and parliamentary committees at the same time."
    And the representative of the State of Law coalition, Mahmoud al-Salami, considered in a previous statement that the tripartite coalition threatened to form parliamentary committees in the session to choose the president of the republic for the purpose of attracting independent representatives, while stressing that the committees still had room for the names of the representatives who boycotted the parliament session.
