    Al-Rafidain Bank revealed, on Friday, that the electronic submission of the advances of employees, members of the Defense and Interior Ministry, and retirees is close.
    In a statement, the bank's media office attributed the failure to launch its services and credit products through electronic payment tools, to the fact that it was "exposed to technical and technical problems."
