, Minister of Trade, Alaa Al-Jubouri, announced, on Monday, the allocation of 500 billion dinars to the dues of farmers and farmers for the current marketing season.
Al-Jubouri added, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "this amount will contribute to the success of the marketing season and increase the continuous marketing mechanisms in Baghdad and a number of provinces."
Al-Jubouri pointed out that "this year's marketing season achieves great successes through farmers and farmers marketing large quantities on a daily basis, reaching more than 50 thousand tons per day."
The Minister of Commerce pointed to "the existence of a cooperation mechanism with the supporting authorities," praising "the support of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance for the success of marketing mechanisms in most of the country's governorates."
The Ministry of Commerce had announced that the marketed quantities had reached more than 400,000 tons since the start of the marketing season on the first of this month until now, indicating that the quantity is on the rise in light of the opening of new marketing centers in Baghdad, Anbar and Salah al-Din.
