    Yes Iraq: Special

Iraq only succeeded in achieving its oil production quota in June by 97%, as its production was less than 100,000 barrels per day, amid indications that the Kurdistan region is beginning to be affected by the restrictions led by Baghdad on the oil sector in the region.
While OPEC and its allies led by Russia in June raised crude oil production by 390,000 barrels per day, it did not reach its goals, raising its compliance to 192%.
According to a global survey, the 13-member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) pumped 28.13 million barrels per day in June, an increase of 210,000 barrels from May, with steady gains by Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Angola and the UAE, while the countries allied with the nine OPEC produced 13.26 million barrels. Daily, an increase of 180,000 barrels per day amid the recovery of Russian oil, and thus OPEC + production rose to its highest level in three months at 42.09 million barrels per day in June.
The alliance fell short of its collective goals by 2.70 million barrels per day, while increasing compliance with quotas to 192%.

Iraq, the second largest producer in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), witnessed a decline in its production to 4.38 million barrels per day in June despite the increase in federal exports, as data showed that flows from the Kurdistan region declined, and the country decreased in a large part of its oil stocks. Raw in June.
Iraq's share in June was 4.5 million barrels per day, but it did not produce more than 4.38 million barrels per day, which means 120 thousand barrels less than its production quota.
This matter came amid a decline in the production of the Kurdistan region as a result of the restrictions led by Baghdad on the oil production sector in the region, and while the region produces more than 450 thousand barrels per day, this production number will be in danger amid Baghdad’s continued prosecution of international oil companies operating in the region.
Accordingly, it is expected that Iraq’s production would decrease in total to 4.1 million barrels per day if oil production in the Kurdistan region, which amounts to approximately 10% of Iraq’s production, were stopped. It is not known whether there will be major economic problems awaiting the region.
