Professor of Law at the University of Maysan Majid Mijbas considered, on Wednesday, that the Federal Court has drawn up a binding road map after its decision today regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

"The Federal Court is a constitutional court that rules through a set of laws," Mijbas said during his speech to the "Bal-Makhtaz" program broadcast by Alsumaria satellite channel.

He added that "today's decision was expected, and the Federal Court is concerned with preserving the public order of the state," noting that "its jurisdiction is specified within the constitution and the method of dissolving Parliament is defined through the constitution."

Mejbas pointed out that "the Federal Court has drawn up a binding road map and a clear path," considering that "its opinions and interpretations are binding."

Today, Wednesday, the Federal Court decided to reject the lawsuit filed regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
