Today, Saturday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani confirmed that the Ministry of Health and its work will receive direct support from the Prime Minister.
The media office of the Prime Minister said, in a statement, that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani visited the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, and upon his arrival he chaired a meeting that included the Minister of Health and the advanced administrative and technical cadres in the ministry," noting that "Al-Sudani stressed at the beginning of the meeting the need to advance The health sector, which is a priority for the new government and its ministerial platform.”
The Prime Minister indicated, according to the statement, that "the ministry and its work will enjoy direct support from the prime minister, and that a follow-up team has been assigned to investigate the smallest details in the service, administrative and technical work of the ministry," directed at the need to develop the work of popular medical clinics and health centers throughout Iraq, and upgrading what It provides services to citizens in residential areas.
Al-Sudani stressed, "the importance of settling the pharmaceutical industry locally, and the need to take care of the poor classes and provide medicines and medical supplies in proportion to their limited income."
