, the Investigation Department of the Federal Integrity Commission confirmed, on Thursday, the issuance of a summons order against the current director general of the General Company for Private Transport Management of the Ministry of Transport.
And a statement by the Integrity Commission received by Mawazine News stated, "The department, while talking about the recruitment order issued by the Rusafa Investigation Court judge specialized in integrity issues in Baghdad against the current Director General of the General Company for Private Transport Management, indicated that there were violations in the contract between the two parties. The company and the Lebanese company "Hicon" to construct the Al-Diwaniyah station project.
The department added, according to the statement, that "the Rusafa Investigation Court, which is competent in integrity issues, issued the recruitment order in accordance with the provisions of Article (340) of Penal Code No. (111 of 1969), for deliberately causing harm to the interests and funds of the entity in which he works."
