    Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, warned, on Monday, the company executing the electronic automation project for auditors of notaries' departments, against delay in completing the project, threatening it with "measures".



    The ministry's media said, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that Minister Shawani viewed the experimental site of the electronic automation project for auditors of notary public departments, accompanied by the senior deputy minister, Ziyad Khalifa Al-Tamimi, the general manager of the General Company for Electronic Systems affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, and a number of general managers, and he followed up on the field. The mechanism for completing the agency transaction electronically and the time it takes.
    The minister stressed that the project is very important, and the government is counting on its success, and the Ministry of Justice provides all facilities for its completion, because it contributes to eliminating bureaucracy, nepotism, and fraud in agencies, protecting citizens' property from manipulation and forgery, and shifting towards electronic governance.
    The minister called on the company executing the project to abide by the agreed timings according to the contract concluded between the two parties, pointing out that the ministry will take action in the event that the project is not completed or delayed within the agreed time limits, given that the project is strategic and vital and should be completed as quickly as possible.
    The minister also held, according to the statement, a meeting with the company implementing the electronic automation project, in the presence of company representatives and a number of general managers, to review what has been accomplished and overcome any obstacle that may face its completion.
