An American report: the 2003 war is a crime... and Bush's allegations are false

An American report considered the Iraq war in 2003 to be a lie and a crime, stressing that all US allegations appeared to be incorrect and based on false information.
The magazine (Reason) stated in a report followed by (Al-Mada), that "the twentieth of March 2003 witnessed the start of one of the shortest American wars with an air strike on Saddam's palace in Baghdad."
And the report continued, "The American forces, which amounted to 160,000 soldiers during that period, left Kuwaiti territory towards Iraq."
He pointed out, "These forces took over the capital in three weeks, as announced by former US President George W. Bush on May 1."
And the report stated, "What became clear is that the military mission that Bush talked about has not ended, and the issue is not related to freedom and peace."
He noted, "What the Bush administration promoted that what happened in Iraq is a grim but necessary surgical blow to democracy and stability in the Middle East and the world is one of the gravest mistakes in the history of the superpowers."
The report promised, “The Iraq war was a lie in its beginnings, incompetent in its aftermath, and an outright criminal in the death and civilizational destruction it caused, and it was a disaster that America has not yet properly calculated.”
And he stressed, "This war began precisely with the division of human bodies with bombs from the air, shells from the ground, and bullets from every direction."
The report noted, "More than half of the achievements that make us civilized, such as buildings and homes, and the complex machines that provide us with potable water, electricity to light the darkness, and power machines, have been damaged or destroyed."
And he continues, "The American need eliminated a brutal dictator, which is something that many Iraqis were grateful for in itself, but it also destroyed the distant vision of that good life."
And the report added, "The former regime was resisting the control of weapons of mass destruction imposed by the United Nations on Iraq in the aftermath of the Gulf War in 1991."
And he explained, “Iraq was subject before 2003 to the international economic sanctions regime, a system that United Nations humanitarian aid coordinators have denounced as the destruction of the country in coordination with the previous war’s destruction of the country’s strength.”
And the report stated, “The Bush administration told Americans and the world that safety and justice required waging war in 2003. These claims were based on intelligence that was almost comically wrong at a later time.”
He continued, "Former US President Bush achieved what was needed to be done, and thus the American-Iraqi catastrophe began."
And the report went on to say that “the American forces, after entering Iraq, did not find weapons of mass destruction.”
