    Baghdad / Obelisk: The Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of two recruitment orders against two former general directors of Al-Rashid Bank, for causing harm to the entity in which they work.
    The Commission’s Investigations Department stated, in a statement received by Al-Masalla, that in a case that we investigated and referred to the judiciary, the Baquba Court, which is specialized in examining integrity issues, issued two summons orders against two of the former general managers of Al-Rasheed Bank, for granting a loan of (5,000,000, 000) billion dinars to a civil company for the purpose of building the residential village of Jasmine in the governorate during the year 2014.
    The department added that the loan granted to the company had to be done in two installments and according to the completion rate, while the completion rate did not exceed (6%), and the project was later withdrawn from the company, following up that the two orders were issued by the court based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Penal Code. Iraqi No. (111 of 1969).
