The statement continued, "The Council has taken in this regard, a series of decisions, was guidance implemented during the periods of time specified, including the completion of the preparation and adoption of the rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers, and the resolution of the dispute over the link independent bodies and the resolution of outstanding issues on aspects of the jaw and insulation between Diwani Aloagafin Shiite and Sunni and implementation decisions issued in this regard. " "Also, the Council voted on decisions relating to abide by the principles of human rights, and commissioned the Human Rights Commission decisively named chairman and his deputy and other profiles, and the Cabinet approved the recommendations of the Committee on Energy on rental Towers Reclamation Rumaila, also agreed to secure the necessary funds to ensure the smooth provision of oil derivatives" . The Council, according to the statement, "The Ministry of Youth and Sports to reach an agreement with the Ministry of Finance in respect of amounts payable for leasing the land Shaab Stadium to ensure the perpetuation of international benefit from its various facilities." At the end of the statement, and the Board instructed the re-allocation of the necessary funds to compensate those affected by the rains in the province of Baghdad's treatment of 20 000 within the budget of 2015.
