    The
    Liberal bloc MP revealed Iqbal Al-ghurabi, "a paper written in
    near-agreement in a meeting of the National Alliance and the Kurdistan
    Alliance who were positive signs and significant concessions for the
    adoption of the general budget.

    And a statement issued today by
    the information Office of the Liberal block on ghurabi saying: the
    reason for the delay is a political budget that foiled several times
    with the adoption of the general budget to be delayed because of the
    halt in development projects and delay appointments and many service
    projects.

    Referring to Mr. Sadr, members of the liberal
    parliamentary block with strive and strive for balance and not delay it
    for its effects on the Iraqi people and is the victim of political
    difference
